I learned to make this as a child, when I was a 'latch key kid'. It is easy to make and kids usually love it. It recipe is not exact and is one of those refridgerator cleaner outa type of things
1 lb lean ground beef in marble sized pieces
1 med onion, chopped
2 cans spaghetti with cheese (I use Franco-American)
2 cups shredded or cubed cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons worchester sauce
anything else in the fridge you would like to include.
In a saucepan, or skillet, start browning your hamburger on medium heat. After about a minute, add the onions. Season to taste. When the hamburger is brown, add the spaghetti and mix. Reduce the heat to simmer, then add the worcester sauce, optional ingredients, and cheese. Stir and simmer until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
